忘記了個人密碼應怎辦?

如你已於會員檔案內登記你的電郵地址,即可於網上申請補發個人密碼。只需於會員登入區選擇「忘記密碼/會員號碼」,然後按步驟申請即可。為保密起見,你的個人密碼將被傳送至已登記的電郵地址。

我的積分需要多久才會存入我的帳戶?

會員所賺取的積分將於24小時之內派發到帳戶,而網上訂閱Cosmopolitan及生日獎賞則除外:。

 

如何知道我有多少積分將會到期?

會員可登入CosmoRewards網站選擇「過期積分記錄」查閱。
 

如發現賺取之積分未於24小時內存入帳戶,我應從何處理?

如發現賺取之積分未於24小時內存入帳戶,會員需於失分活動登入日期起計一星期內,向CosmoRewards查詢(例子:賺取積分之活動日期為2月1日,相關積分應於2月2日存入會員帳戶,但如發現積分未有存入,會員必須於7日內,即2月7日前向CosmoRewards提出查詢,任何逾期查詢一概不獲受理,而所有遺失積分亦將不獲補發)。會員賺取之所有積分均以COSMOPOLITAN HK及CosmoGirl! HK﹝"主辦機構"﹞之伺服器接收時間為準。主辦機構不會因任何電腦或網路等技術理由,而導致CosmoRewards會員所寄出、登錄之資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辦識或損毁而獲補發積分,CosmoRewards會員亦不得異議。
 

如以智能手機或平板電腦登入Cosmopolitan及CosmoGIRL!HK (手機版),我能賺取積分嗎?

無論使用桌上電腦、智能手機或平板電腦均可登入Cosmopolitan及CosmoGIRL!HK網站賺取積分。

為何於瀏覽網頁後所獲派的積分都不太正確,我有什麼東西要注意呢?

1.賺取積分適用於會員登入Cosmopolitan及CosmoGIRL!HK (桌面版)及(手機版)。2. 每次瀏覽網頁前,必須以會員資料「登入」,而當完成瀏覽網頁後,請緊記按「登出」離開會員登入系統,否則不能令系統正確計算積分;同時亦須關閉瀏覽器及刪除瀏覽器的暫存及歷史資料。3. 於瀏覽網頁時,請待網站數據加載完成後(約10-15秒)方才瀏覽下一頁的內容。4. 請不要重覆瀏覽同一頁面,否則該頁並不會計算在內。

CosmoRewards積分是否可以轉給其他人?

當登記成為CosmoRewards會員後,我的登記電郵可以更改嗎?

每個CosmoRewards會員帳戶只能登記一個電郵地址,如因各種原因令該電郵失效(例如:黑客入侵),我們建議閣下以另一電郵地址重新登記CosmoRewards帳戶,其後只要向我們提交新舊帳戶之電郵地址,閣下於舊有帳戶之積分便可全數轉移至新帳戶中;而積分一旦被轉移,舊有帳戶將於一星期內失效並被永久刪除,會員只可使用新帳戶繼續賺取積分。(每人每個帳戶只限轉移積分一次,若閣下將來再以另一電郵地址登記新帳戶,積分均不得轉移至其中/任何其他帳戶。)

我多久可以收到換領獎賞通知及禮品?

我們會盡快辦理您的禮品兌換要求。一般來說,在換領要求提出的一星期內,我們便會以電郵通知您換領詳情,而禮品則通常約三星期內可供換領。(每封換領確認電子郵件均有一個獨立換領參考編號,而每一個編號只可換領禮品一次,重覆換領將不獲接納。如發現重覆換領,其會員資格將被取消,而積分亦不獲發還。)

收取禮品換領信的收件電郵地址可以更改嗎?

很抱歉,系統無法自動更改已登記之電郵地址,如註冊電郵地址無法收到換領信,閣下須先致電25652782預約時間及確認禮品之換領日期,隨後須親身蒞臨本公司接待處領取(領取時需出示身份證明文件以作核對之用)。

我可以找其他人代為換領禮品嗎?

可以,由於禮品不設郵寄服務,會員必須親身蒞臨本公司接待處領取,但如閣下未能於指定的日期、時間及地點領取,你可安排代領者代領,代領者請出示香港身份證,連同得獎者之香港身份證副本、授權書及禮品換領信打印本前往領取。

我所兌換的禮品可以取消嗎?

很抱歉,所有禮品一經兌換,即不得退回、轉換現金或替換其他禮品,積分也恕不退回,而每帳戶只可換領每款禮品一次。

我可否將積分轉到朋友的帳戶?

不可以。CosmoRewards積分只屬會員本人名下的帳戶內。不能在不同會員之間互轉。

我可否幫朋友註冊會員?

CosmoRewards會員身份僅接受會員本人申請,不可以代他人申請。


如我於Cosmopolitan及CosmoGIRL!使用不同電郵登記,應怎麼辦?

請電郵至(cosmorewards@scmp.com)辦理統一電郵的申請。

Terms & Conditions 

General Conditions
  1. CosmoRewards Program is managed and operated by Cosmopolitan
  2. CosmoRewards Program is open to Hong Kong residents aged 18 above. Membership is accepted at the sole discretion of Cosmopolitan.
  3. Upon Successful Application, Members will be assigned with a membership account. The use of this membership and associated benefits is deemed to be acceptance of these CosmoRewards Program terms and conditions
  4. Membership in CosmoRewards Program is not transferable and may only be used by the member. Misuse of program benefits may result in termination or suspension of membership, or withdrawal of benefits.
  5. Cosmopolitan reserves the right to modify CosmoRewards Program Structure, benefits and other features, including these terms and conditions, or to terminate Program at any time. Although Cosmopolitan will use reasonable effort to notify members of material changes to CosmoRewards Program and/or to these terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date in respect of CosmoRewards Program and these terms and conditions. Any use of CosmoRewards Program by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment. Cosmopolitan and its partners will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from any amendment to CosmoRewards Program or to these terms and conditions.
  6. Members under the age of 11 years will not receive any promotional material.

Enrolment

  1. Potential members can apply online at https://member.cosmopolitan.com.hk/user/register upon completion of registration form online, a return email will be delivered by Cosmopolitan as a notification of successful application

Membership Termination

  1. Members may terminate their membership at any time by giving an email notice to CosmoRewards Program (cosmorewards@scmp.com). Upon successful termination, all any outstanding points credited will be cancelled.
  2. Cosmopolitan may forthwith terminate the membership of a member if a member commits misconduct or fraud, misuses CosmoRewards Program benefits and awards, or fails to follow these terms and conditions. In such circumstances, Cosmopolitan shall simultaneously cancel all points credited of the member.
  3. Cosmopolitan may also terminate the membership of a member at its complete discretion and in such circumstances will provide the member with three months notice of termination. Upon expiry of the notice period, all unused points credited will be cancelled.
  4. Termination of membership for whatever reason shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of Cosmopolitan, and the member as at the date of termination.
  5. Upon the deceased of a member the membership account will be closed and all outstanding points credited will be cancelled.

Cosmo Points Credits

  1. To earn points, members must perform the tasks according to earn points activities on the website. Points will be credited within 24 hours from task performance unless otherwise specified. e.g. special promotion, birthday bonus points, subscription bonus points.
  2. Only certain transactions with partners are eligible to earn CosmoRewards credits. These are or will be outlined in the earn points menu and from time to time may be specifically published by Cosmopolitan
  3. Points credited will only be officially recorded upon the acceptance of a CosmoRewards membership application and approval of membership status.
  4. Points credited are not transferable to other rewards programme and Cosmopolitan does not accept the conversion of reward points of other reward programs to CosmoRewards program.
  5. Pointed credited are not transferable to other reward program partner as well.
  6. Points credited are valid for redemption awards as soon as they are credited to member's account.
  7. Points credited are valid for ONE year from the date of accrual.
  8. If Cosmopolitan incorrectly denies points credited to a member, then Cosmopolitan's only liability will be to provide the member with the number of points credits originally denied.

Account Statement

  1. Members can view their points statement online anytime they want. The statement will show the earn points and spent points activities from registration up to its calendar month.
  2. In terms of inquires, related to earn points and spent points, can be made through email cosmorewards@scmp.com.

Missing Points Requests

  1. Requests for missing points credited will be entertained only if the membership number was properly quoted and the earn points activities can be quoted precisely. Such a request should be sent to cosmorewards@scmp.com.
  2. All documents and information submitted will be retained for record purposes. Members are required to keep copies for their own reference. Illegible copies will prolong or may prevent the processing of an application.
  3. Requests for missing points credits cannot be entertained for tasks completed more than one month.

Redemption - General Conditions

  1. All points credits required for redemption must be earned by the same member under the same account and pooling of points credits is not permitted.
  2. The appropriate points credits will be deducted from a member's account on receipt of an redemption request online and will not be returned under any circumstances.
  3. Redeeming points credits is subjected to availability of redemption gift. Members acknowledge that Cosmopolitan reserve the right to limit the number of redemption items made available for Cosmo Points Program at our absolute discretion.
  4. All items, upon redemption is collectable at Cosmopolitan’s office (Address: 1 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay Hong Kong) the gift will be placed for one month from the date of issue for claiming, unless otherwise specified.
  5. Redemption may be re-issued if it is proven to be a lost in mailing / transfer, and re-issue of redemption gift will only occurred once, where there will be special arrangement in terms of actual delivery.
  6. Change of redemption gift after the actual redemption claim will not be entertained.
  7. Redemption Gifts are non-transferrable and non- refundable.
  8. Redemption Gifts may carry different validity periods, subject to individual partner offers. The validity periods are based on Hong Kong time. Some partners may impose blackout periods for when redemption offer may be used.
  9. The sale or barter of points credits to other members is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all points credits or awards and the cancellation of membership. Violators will be liable for damages suffered or incurred by Cosmopolitan.
  10. Members should immediately report any suspected redemption claims. Cosmopolitan will decide at its discretion what action, if any, will be taken.
  11. Cosmopolitan may refuse to credit members with points credits to compensate for any unauthorized redemption should a member in anyway contribute to the unauthorized redemption by negligence or otherwise, including the disclosure of a member's user name and password.
  12. All redemption items are manufactured or provided on behalf of partners and other third parties. Cosmopolitan is neither the supplier nor manufacturer of any redemption items(s) and excludes all liability in respect of (i) the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any product-related redemption gift; (ii) the quality of any service-related redemption gift. In particular, Cosmopolitan does not warrant that any service-related redemption item will be provided with reasonable care and skill.
  13. Cosmopolitan is not responsible or liable in any way for any warranty provided with a redeemed redemption gift. Members are advised to contact partners directly should there be any query or dispute concerning the product warranty and maintenance.
  14. In the case of any dispute relating to redemption items, without prejudice to the above clauses under the section of “redemption – general conditions”, the sole liability of Cosmopolitan of any defect in or failure of any product- or service-related lifestyle award or for any loss, injury or damage attributable, directly or indirectly, is limited to 3-month from receipt of the award and to making good the defect or failure by (at Cosmopolitan's discretion) replacing the product, procuring the performance of the service or crediting the member with redeemed points credits.

Redemption - Logistics

  1. Once redemption has been processed, Cosmopolitan will email the redemption letter the member.
  2. The printed copy of a redemption letter and members ID card must be presented on the collection or use of a redemption award. For people other than the member to redeem a lifestyle award, the original redemption letter, an authorization letter, and a photocopy of the member's ID card must be provided at the time of redemption, unless otherwise specified in the redemption letter.
  3. No redemptions items will be delivered through delivery services.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

  1. Cosmopolitan will endeavor to ensure the availability of products and services provided by partners but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by partners to provide such products and services. Where a member uses the services provided by a partner, their terms and conditions will apply and Cosmopolitan will not be liable for any loss.

Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These terms and conditions and the relationship between Cosmopolitan and each member are governed by Hong Kong law. By using the program each member submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
  2. If this English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to other language versions, the English version shall prevail. In case of dispute, Cosmopolitan reserves the right to final decision.

Privacy Policy 

Data Privacy and Miscellaneous

  1. All personal data collected is managed and used in accordance with the CosmoRewards Customer Privacy Policy. The Policy may be revised by Cosmopolitan from time to time and the updated version will be posted on http://www.cosmopolitan.com.hk. Any revised version of the CosmoRewards Customer Privacy Policy shall be effective from the date of publication on the aforementioned website. Members are responsible for keeping Cosmopolitan up to date on their correct communication/postal address. Cosmopolitan is not responsible for any loss as a result of a member’s failure to notify of a change in address. Failure by members to provide up-to-date information may result in Cosmopolitan being unable to offer CosmoRewards membership and associated benefits. In such cases, membership may be terminated.
  2. Members will be issued with a confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN). Member must ensure that this number is not disclosed to any unauthorised parties. Cosmopolitan cannot be held liable for the consequences of any unauthorised disclosure of the PIN by members or unauthorised use of the PIN, including unauthorised redemption of points credits.
  3. Points credits and all rights of title to and property in such Points credits, remains with Cosmopolitan at all times and never passes to the member.
  4. Risk in respect of theft, or unauthorised or fraudulent redemption associated with points credits passes to the member as soon as points credits are accrued in a member’s account.
